  • Attended three weeks training programme on National Assessment Test Design and Psychometric Methods held at Educational Testing Service, Princeton, New Jersey, United States of America.
  • Participated in two phases (22-days) in orientation programme as a member of National Resource Group organized by Curriculum group, NCERT.
  • Attended in two phases four weeks Capacity Building Programme for SCERT and SIE Faculty in Conducting Achievement Surveys, DEME, NCERT in collaboration with SSA-TC Fund-TSA at NIE campus, New Delhi.
  • Coordinated more than 40 programmes on Research, Development & Training.
  • Worked in 150 Research & Development, Training and Extension programmes, Development and Review of Textbooks, Evaluation of Textbooks, Development of package on CCE, Item development, psychometric analysis and technologies used for conducting National Achievement Surveys, Nurturance of NTS Awardees, All India Competition in Innovative Practices and Experiments in Education for Schools and Teacher Education Institutions etc. at N.C.E.R.T. (in last 22 years) as Resource Person, Coordinator, Participant, Subject Expert.

  • Coordinated Orientation programmes of MTs on use of New Textbooks of NCERT (face to face mode) following NCF-2005 in 13-phases each phase of 4-days duration. (9 phases during June 4-Oct 4, 2008 and 4 phases during May 12-June 12, 2008).
  • Coordinated a 21-days refresher course for PGTs of Physics of JNVs during May 8-28, 2007.
