C&W Section
C & W Section is located on the Ground floor of main Administrative building in between ET Cell and CAC Lab -1.
Measure functions of the Section:-
- Dealt with all types of construction works.
- Dealt with all types of Civil and Electrical repair and maintenance works.
- Dealt with all type of measure purchases of Equipments & Furniture's.
- Dealt with Court cases in Hon’ble CGIT, Hon’ble CAT and Hon’ble High Courts and other litigations if any.
- Dealt with allotment, vacation and maintenance of quarters and other issues related to quarters.
- Maintenance of AC’s, Water Coolers, Water Purifier and other repair works.
- Deployment of Security Guards and maintenance of discipline in the Institute.
- Deployment of House Keeping staff and maintenance of cleanliness in the campus.
- All types of welcome and farewell meetings, organization of all National Day Observations and other programmes.
- Dealt RTI
- Dealt with selection and running of RIE, Canteen
- Dealt with bills of Electricity and Water of the Institute.
- Organization of staff tournament and participation every year.
- Horticulture related works of the Institute.
- All information related to Campus and Welfare of the Institute, DMS, Guest House, All Hostels, Quarters, Dispensary etc.
