GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATE

1. For applying Online, the candidate must have a valid Gmail id.
2. Before applying Online, the candidate has to deposit an Application Fee of Rs.100/- through SBI Collect System. The link of the website and steps for depositing the fee is given at Annexure-A (SBI Collect Systemof DMS BBSR for Class-VI[Odia Medium] Admission 2024-25).
3. All the documents to be uploaded online must be self attested by the parent.
4. Before applying online, go through the Advertisement in detail & check your eligibility.
5. Download the ANNEXURE-B[APPLICATION FORM for CLASS-VI(ODIA MEDIUM)2024-25] attached with the Advertisement and fill it properly with necessary data and upload the same while applying online.
6. The maximum size of the file for uploading is 1Mb for each attachment. The format of the uploaded file must be in .jpeg/.jpg/.png/.pdf only.
7. Communication with the selected candidate will be made through email or on the website only. Therefore, the candidate should keep checking their email or visit website(www.riebbs.ac.in) regularly.
8. Candidate requires to upload supporting document in case of SC/ST/PH/EX-DEF/NCERT category.
9. Candidate has to upload supporting document in case of BPL CARD/LABOUR CARD/RATION CARD(With AAY) holder.
10. Candidate has to upload supporting document in case of Single Girl Child.
11. Candidate has to Upload the Progress Report Card of Class-5th Annual Exam(Session 2023-24) Passed or Certificate of Reading/Appeared Annual Exam in Class-5th (Session 2023-24) from the school.
