GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE CANDIDATE

1. For applying Online, You must have a valid Gmail id.
2. Before applying online, go through the Advertisement & Information Sheet in detail & check your eligibility.
3. First, the candidate has to deposit an Application Fee of Rs.100/- through SBI Collect System. The link of the website and steps for depositing the fee is given at Annexure-A (SBI Collect System for Class-I[2022-23] of DMS BBSR). Multiple Application for the same candidate will be rejected automatically.
4. All the documents to be uploaded online must be attested by the parent.
5. Download the ANNEXURE-B[APPLICATION FORM] FOR CLASS-I-2022-23 attached with the Advertisement Notice and fill it properly with necessary data and upload the same while applying online.
6. The maximum size of the file for uploading is 1Mb for each attachment. The format of the uploaded file must be in .jpeg/.jpg/.png/.pdf only.
7. Communication with the candidate will be made through email or on the website only. Therefore, the candidate should keep checking their email or visit website(www.riebbs.ac.in) regularly.
8. Candidate requires to upload supporting document in case of SC/ST/PH/EX-DEF/NCERT category.
9. Candidate has to upload supporting document in case of BPL CARD/LABOUR CARD/RATION CARD(With AAY) holder.
10. Candidate has to upload supporting document in case of Single Girl Child.
11. Candidate has to upload e-receipt of Form Fees deposited, generated after successful transaction.
12. Candidate has to upload recent passport size photograph.
